Issue 003: Scared? Do it anyway!

The time had finally come. I was scared out of my mind.
We launched our first free workshop this week on how to build 30 days of social content in one hour. I wanted people to walk away wild with what they'd created. And they did. I watched their faces. I saw what they turned out. It worked.
Then came the moment I'd been dreading. I had to pitch them on a paid masterclass.
What if nobody bought? What if I looked like a loser? What if they all thought I was lame?
I took a deep breath and made my pitch. I gave a discount. I delivered value. I told them the truth: some of you need this, and some of you don't, and both are completely fine.
Five people bought. On the spot. First time I'd ever put this product in front of anyone. Five strangers believed in me in that exact moment, and I will never forget them. Two more emailed after the call. Wrong dates, still wanted in.
